had a storage for almost 2 years and it was great. Only negative was when I wanted to cancel I couldn't get ahold of anyone and took longer to find a way to notify that I wanted to empty out my unit then when I started my rental of unit. rest was good.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Apache Anytime Storage. The promo price beat all others and lasted 6 months. They have security gates only cars cans access, and a nice guy who rides his bike around the grounds keeping things secure. When I was finally ready to move my items to garage, and cancel unit, I had no hassle, and the representative went above and beyond! I will definitely use your storage facility again, and tell my family, and friends! Thanks again!

Reserving online was the only easy task. No live person in office (even though hours list as 8-6 on the sign). After paying fees and getting required insurance on specific unit number, they send paperwork to electronically sign. On day of move in, the first code sent would not work gate. When finally getting a code, the unit rented to me already had a lock. (turned out it was a lock they use... probably should have made me aware). Opened the door and had to take pictures because of how the inside was( drywall covering other drywall spots, yet no drywall on ceiling...). Also no place clearly posted where to put storage company lock since again no live person on site... Was told today they would be switching to smart phone access only.

As a business owner and individual I've rented from storage vendors for over two decades and it's always been a tiring and tedious process to rent a space with all the paperwork and insurance documents to securely sign. But not with these guys! It was a seamless over the phone service acquisition and it only took less than five minutes rather than to 45 minutes to an hour we've always spent in the past. I'm a Disabled Veteran advocate and I recommend this place to anyone challenged with physical and mental injuries, especially my brothers and sisters in arms because these are drive up units and no need to navigate blind poorly lit hallways to clear as you unload your cargo from your truck to the storage unit. Thank you Anytime, the prices didn't hurt either. But I would gladly pay a little more for the service I've gotten so far, but being I'm retired and on a fixed income, Anytimebeat the rest on price, I highly recommend Anytime for all of your business or personal storage needs. It's definitely is a convenient location for us, practically right around the corner and that's a good thing. From what I know the amount of room they have for RV storage is not very big, but where our little camper is, it's right in front of the office, and we like that. The approach into the business is quite rough, sure hope something would eventually be done to make that "not quite" so rough. And the day before we actually called to see if they had any RV spots available someone had rammed the gate and that was a week ago today, and it still is not repaired . . THAT isn't good, so I guess we'll see how long it takes. But the plus is, the very nice man (Nick) they have staying on site is very good at keeping things in check. Not to mention Zeus! The sooner they fix that gate the better, probably would have been a 5-star review if that wasn't taking so long.

Due to my move I needed an immediate storage rental for an affordable price!! Megan was so nice and helpful! She guided me through every step and had amazing customer service! I would def recommend this place! Everyone is super nice and helpful.

Very easy to deal with. I just moved things in so don't have long term experience with them. I forgot the code to the locks they had on and called to get them on a Saturday. The person who helped me answered right away and was super fast at getting me taken care of. Very nice too.

So out of several storage facilities I chose anytime storage because of the cheaper price however after I booked the reservation I drove up to the facility and nobody was there it was not lunch time so they were not at lunch there was not a person I could talk to you or see or how I would even get into the facility had I paid the money which even though it was a great price monthly they wanted to add an extra $10 per month for insurance well some of us don't have things that really care to be insured which that's my situation I believe it should be up to the customer whether they want to insure their stuff or not
